Night work could damage your health



"Save yourself from night shifts' diseases"

The article is about our working shifts at night could end up to serial sickness.
According to researchers from the Sleep Research Center  at the U.K's University of Surrey, many genes
in the body need to follow a regular 24-hour cycle, during which the body sleeps at night. If this cycle is 
broken, up to 1,500 genes could get damaged. From this research, they suggests not to have night shifts 
in order to damage our health. The diseases can be a risk of several cancers, diabetes, mental illnesses and
heart diseases. The researcher recommended us to have a regular sleeping pattern.

We all know that many  Korean workers always work through all nights. I think it's one of Korean's habitation that must be fixed. This article has to be spread all over the country so people we love won't die or get sick.
